- Our 3D camera will capture every angle of your property. Please make sure your property is in
presentable condition before the appointment. Less is more. We encourage all staging be done prior to the photo/virtual tour appointment. Although we estimate 2-3 hours of shooting time, this may increase into a 4-5 hour appointment should there be distractions
- Invoices for payment will be sent along with Virtual Tour/Photos. We accept credit cards through Paypal, cash or cashier’s checks only. Non payments will result in Virtual Tours to be disabled and late fees applied.
Appointments and Scheduling
Q: Is there anything I need to do prior to the appointment?
A: Please having all staging and furniture in place and ready prior to Virtual Tour appointment.
Q: Does anyone need to be there during the appointment?
A: Ok for homeowner to be present but not required. We do request instructions to access the home. ie: agent on site to open door or lock box available on property, etc…
Q: Will the weather affect my appointment and the virtual tour?
A: Our 3D cameras use HDR technology (High Dynamic Range Imaging) so the camera is able to adjust to changes
and provide a good clear and bright tour for your buyers to see.
Q: Are there any cancellation fees?
A: Please provide a 24 hour cancellation notice to avoid $50 cancellation fee. Thank you.
Q: How fast can I see my tour?
A: Turnaround is quite quick and you can usually see your property tour within 1 business day. For Friday appointments,expect your tour to be delivered on Monday.
